TERMS and CONDITIONS – LAV SOLUTIONS LIMITED
For the purpose of these terms and conditions and the contract thereby formed between us and our clients, the following definitions shall apply:
“Conditions” means these terms and conditions as may be amended by us from time to time;
“we”, “us” and “our” means LAV Solutions Limited (registered in England with company number 08272436) trading as LaVit Hotels & Wellness;
“you” means the purchaser of hotel accommodation and spa services through us and/or theWebsite;
“Website” means our website which is found using the domain name www.lavithotels.com.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
These Conditions apply to all our services made available by us from time to time whether they be fulfilled through the Website, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. You agree that, by accessing, browsing or using the Website and/or by completing a reservation, you have read, understood and accepted the Conditions.
3. OUR SERVICE
We offer a service through which visitors to the Website can either buy quality goods of different nature as advertised by our partners, or make reservations with the hotels which advertise their rooms for reservation on the Website.
4. BOOKING OF TRAVEL PACKAGES
4.1. By making a reservation through the Website, you accept that you will be entering into a contractual relationship directly with the hotel in question. We act solely as an agent for the hotel. We transmit details of your reservation to the relevant hotel and send you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the hotel. We do not have, and never intend to have, any contractual involvement in your link with the hotel.
4.2. Where we receive a payment from you in connection with a reservation, we do so on behalf of the hotel in question, and our responsibility then is solely to ensure that payment is transmitted to the hotel.
4.3. The information contained on the Website is provided by the hotels and, whilst we use reasonable skill and care to ensure that such information is accurate, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.
3.4. The service that we offer on the Website is made available for personal use by you and non-commercial use only. Therefore, no part of the Website may be copied, monitored, displayed, downloaded, performed in public, nor may any content or information, software, products and services available on the Website must not be reproduced for any commercial or competitive purpose.
5. PRICES OF TRAVEL PACKAGES
5.1. We believe that the prices shown on the Website are highly competitive. With regard to hotel reservations, all prices are per room, either for double or single use as specified, for the entire stay and are displayed including VAT and all other taxes (subject to changes in such taxes), unless stated differently on the Website or in the confirmation email that we send to you. Depending on the accommodation package that has been reserved for you at the hotel in question, prices may include meals and other services and facilities, and this will be clearly defined in the confirmation of your reservation.
5.2. Prices shown on the Website are denominated in Euro. All payments are to be made in Euro, and what you actually pay in your own currency will be entirely dependent on exchange rates applicable at the time of payment.
5.3. We will seek to ensure that the price confirmed with you will not increase, except as a consequence of changes in exchange rates or in the cost of transport, fuel, taxes and duties. If an increase in the price already confirmed with you has to be made and exceeds 10 per cent of the total cost of the reservation, you will have the option of cancelling the reservation and receiving a refund of all sums already paid. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to process such refund as quickly as we can (usually within 7 days), the responsibility with regard to the refund shall remain with the hotel in question.
6. BOOKING PROCEDURE
After selecting the hotel at which you would like to stay, you will be directed to following steps:
Specify the required check-in date and nr of rooms for your hotel stay.
Either register as a new user or, if you are already a registered user with us, confirm your username and password.
Choose your payment method: PayPal or bank transfer.
Confirm your purchase.
Make sure that you have included your correct email address, as we will need to correspond with you by email.
7. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
7.1. Depending on the method adopted by a hotel for checking availability and making a reservation, your booking may either be confirmed immediately or require us to verify availability with the hotel in question. Where we need to verify availability with the hotel, we will confirm either availability or non-availability for your reservation within 72 hours via e-mail at the e-mail address you designated in the reservation form.
7.2. In the event of non-availability, you may choose not to proceed with any reservation, and no charges will be made. Alternatively, you may want to change hotel or the dates of your stay. We shall guide you through this via e-mail or direct phone contact.
7.3. You may cancel your booking, subject to terms of cancellation set out below.
Payment of the full amount of the travel package is required upon booking.
8.1. Accepted payment methods
- PayPal: By using either a PayPal account or a credit card through PayPal.
- Bank transfer: The transfer to be carried out within two (2) days after receiving confirmation from us for the accommodation package that has been booked for you.
Evidence of bank transfers will have to be e-mailed to us (firstname.lastname@example.org) in order to show a timely confirmation of payments. In order to ensure that payment is made successfully so that your reservation can then be completed, please take care that all of the following information is correctly stated in instructions to your bank:

8.2. Confirmation of reservation
Upon receiving due payments for the reserved hotel, we will send you by e-mail a confirmation voucher containing details of your reservation.
Please print out the confirmation voucher as you will need to present it to the hotel when you check in. Should you arrive at the hotel without the confirmation voucher, there is no guarantee that the hotel will allow you to check in without your being able to demonstrate both your identity and details of the reservation that you have made.
9. TRANSFER OF BOOKING
9.1. You should assume that a reservation made by you and confirmed by us cannot be transferred to another customer.
9.2. If you find that you may wish to transfer your reservation, you may enquire of us to see if this is feasible. Please contact us by email on email@example.com. We will then communicate with the hotel with whom you have made your booking to see if they would accept a transfer. We will be under no obligation to process a transfer of your reservation, but if the hotel in question is agreeable to the transfer, you acknowledge that a transfer fee (to cover the administration associated with the transfer) may be payable by you. We will notify you of the amount of the transfer fee before you decide whether or not to proceed with the transfer.
9.3. As an alternative to the transfer of a reservation, you may be able to modify or cancel a booking in accordance with the modification and cancellation procedures below.
10. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF A BOOKING BY THE CLIENT
If you want to modify your booking, please contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 5 working days before the commencement of your stay, stating “Booking Modification” in the subject line of your email. We will check with the hotel in question as to whether the modification requested can be accommodated and will revert to you within 72 hours. We will be under no obligation to process a modification to your booking, but if the hotel in question is agreeable to the modification, you acknowledge that a modification fee (to cover the administration associated with the modification) may be payable by you. We will notify you of the amount of the modification fee before you decide whether or not to proceed with the modification.
By making a reservation, you accept and agree to the following cancellation policy.
You may be able to cancel your booking by timely contacting us at email@example.com, stating order ID number and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation will take effect from the time we are notified. A cancellation invoice will be sent to your e-mail address within 7 days of the time of notification; if you don’t receive the email within that timescale, please contact us immediately.
The following scale of charges will be payable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received:
- Prior to 91 days from check-in date: 100 Euro
- 90-31 days from your check-in date: 25% of total package cost
- 30 days and less from your check-in date: 100% of total package cost.
We recommend that you take out full travel insurance, which in most cases should include cover, under specific circumstances, against loss of deposit or fees payable in the event of your cancellation.
11. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF A BOOKING BY US OR BY THE HOTEL
In the event that it becomes necessary to modify one or more of the essential elements of your reservation, we will notify you by email as soon as we can. Should you decline to accept the modification, you must reply to us by email as soon as possible, and your reservation will be terminated. You will not be liable for any penalties, and you will receive a refund of all sums already paid. We will use our reasonable endeavours to process such refund as quickly as we can (usually within 7 days). Where the modification originated with the hotel, you accept that the responsibility with regard to the refund shall remain with that hotel.
As an alternative, you may choose another hotel of equivalent quality, or a hotel of lower quality with the difference in price refunded. You will need to utilise the alternative reservation within 6 months of the commencement of your original stay.
In the event that the hotel with whom your reservation has been confirmed cancels the reservation, we will notify you by email as soon as we receive notice of the cancellation from the hotel. We will then endeavour to agree with you an alternative reservation (which may be with a hotel of equivalent or higher quality without your having to pay any additional in price or with a hotel of lower quality with the difference in price refunded). Alternatively, you will have the right not to proceed and to receive a refund of all sums already paid. We will use our reasonable endeavours to process such refund as quickly as we can (usually within 7 days). However, you accept that the responsibility with regard to the refund shall remain with that hotel.
12.1. In the event that you consider the service we have provided has been in any way unsatisfactory, please contact us by email no later than 7 days after the cause for complaint has arisen so that we can address your concerns and, if necessary, introduce improvements to the way in which we deal with our clients.
12.2. Although we can take no responsibility for any difficulties or problems that arose during your stay at the hotel that you reserved through the Website, if you did encounter any such issues, you should raise them with us (either by email or by telephone) without delay, so that we can endeavour to facilitate remedial action.
12.3. Alternatively, or in addition, you can raise an official complaint through us by writing to us by recorded delivery post at LAV Solutions Limited, Fore Royal – Gorley Road, Ringwood, BH24 3LD Hampshire, United Kingdom – no later than 10 days after your departure from the hotel. Although we will incur no obligation or liability to you, we will pass your complaint to the hotel and seek an explanation from the hotel. It will be a matter solely between you and the hotel as to whether any recompense or other resolution to your complaint can be achieved.
13. ITEMS PURCHASE – PAYMENT – DELIVERY
- Find and select the item you desire. Add the quantity of the product you want and click on the ADD TO BAG button. At the top of the page a banner will show that the item has correctly been added to your cart. You can now decide whether you want to continue your shopping or access the cart page. This one will show you the list of all the selected products and their total amount. This is where you check that the products in your bag are correct, and have the option to change the quantities, order more products or cancel any of those in the cart. Press “UPDATE CART” to review the cart content and its amount.
- To finalise your purchase, press the “CHECKOUT ” button.
The new page will show you the summary of your order and will ask you to provide billing and delivery address details. Pay great attention these fields are correctly filled in. We will use these information only to process your order. You may decide to have products delivered to a different address than the one of invoice.
- Select payment method (Paypal, Bank transfer). Confirm your purchase by clicking on the specific button.
- You will receive an email confirming we have duly received your order. Should you not receive this email within 24 hours please contact +39 340 3768272 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for assistance.

Make sure you have the order number available in order to speed up service.
13.2 Promotional codes / Offers
Insert your code in the VOUCHER box of the shopping cart and clik on the ACTIVATE VOUCHER button. If the voucher is accepted, your order amount will change accordingly. You will have the opportunity to insert the voucher code also during the next purchase phases: you will just need to fill the box: “HAVE YOU GOT A VOUCHER? CLICK HERE TO INSERT CODE”
IMPORTANT: The offer codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code can be used for each online order.
13.3 Payment options
Accepted payment methods:
- Paypal, allowing you to use your preferred credit card (LAV’S has no access to credit card data used to make payments.)
- Bank transfer. In this case the order will be processed upon receipt of payment.

13.4 Order processing, Despatching and Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). Orders placed on Friday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday. Delivery will be made within 3-5 working days. Delivery to difficult to reach areas (eg mountains and/or small islands) may require additional 48 hours.
Upon shipment you will be notified a Tracking ID to track delivery status.
If you are not there to receive your order, our shipping company will leave the necessary information and contact details to make alternative arrangements.
If you have questions related to the shipment of your order please send an e-mail to: email@example.com, making sure the order number is correctly mentioned.
13.5 Returns and replacements
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If the product you receive is damaged or different from order (wrong or missing product), simply return it unused and wrapped in its original and intact packaging within 14 days from receipt.
Send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org, making sure the order number is correctly mentioned. List the items you want to return and possibly add a short note with the reasons for this decision. Wait for our confirmation and authorisation before shipping any item back.
Once the returned product is received, and its conditions verified as meeting the above requirements, we shall proceed with refunding the product value (or letting you have a voucher on a new purchase), though shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If the conditions of the returned goods do not meet the above mentioned requirements, we shall reserve the right to refuse reimbursement.
Note: All products must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying documentation. Neither the packaging nor the product can be broken or damaged in any way (except for the original damage), or reimbursement will be refused.
The customer takes care of organising the return and related delivery costs. The products remain under the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please check the product are carefully packed in order to avoid damage during return shipment.

14.1. We use high ethical standards and respect your privacy. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your information needed for completing your booking with the relevant hotel of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. However, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to our affiliates, agents and representatives (including those situated outside the European Union) who have access to this information with our permission and who need to know or have access to this information to perform our service (including customer services and internal audit and compliance requirements) to and for the benefit of you.
15. REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
15.1. Comments and indications from guests staying at hotels appearing on the Website are important to us.
15.2. Although we welcome reviews and comments, we need to ensure that nothing offensive, libellous or illegal is posted on the Website. Therefore, we have no obligation to post your reviews or comments, and we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to determine which reviews or comments are posted. If you do not agree to this Condition, please do not provide us with any submissions. You are fully responsible for the content of your Submissions.
15.3. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the Website: (i) any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material or content that would violate rights of publicity and/or privacy or that would violate any law; (ii) any commercial material or content (including, but not limited to, solicitation of funds, advertising, or marketing of any goods or services); and (iii) any material or content that infringes, misappropriates or violates any copyright, trademark, patent right or other proprietary right of any third party. You shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any violation of the foregoing restrictions, or any other harm resulting from your posting of content to the Website.
15.4. You agree that by submitting content to the Website by email, postings or otherwise, including any hotel reviews, questions, comments, suggestions or ideas, you grant to us non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and irrevocable right to (a) use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display and perform such content throughout the world and in any media; and (b) use the name that you submit in connection with such content.
15.5. You agree that we may choose to provide attribution of your comments or reviews (for example, listing your name and hometown on a hotel review that you submit) at our discretion, and that such submissions may be shared with the hotels that are shown on the Website.
16.1. Subject to the limitations set out in these Conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your reservation as set out in the confirmation email sent to you at the time your reservation was made.
16.2. However and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our officers, employees, representatives, distributors, licensees, agents or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the Website and its contents shall be liable for (i) any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, (ii) any inaccuracy relating to the descriptive information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the hotel as made available on the Website, (iii) the services rendered or the products offered by the hotel, (iv) any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of the Website, or (v) for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other direct or indirect loss, damage or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to acts, errors, negligence, misconduct, non-performance or misrepresentation by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the hotel, including any cancellation or partial cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.
PROVIDED that this disclaimer shall not operate or be construed to operate so as to exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury caused by reason of our negligence or our liability for our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
17.1. If any provision of these Conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed deleted from these Conditions, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
17.2. These Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to your access to and use of the Website and the reservations that are thereby made with a hotel and supersedes any prior agreements (including any previous term and conditions previously applicable to the Website).
17.3. No failure or delay by us in exercising any right under these Conditions will operate as a waiver of that right nor will any single or partial exercise by us of any right preclude any further exercise of any right.
17.4. A person who is not a party to these Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Conditions. This provision does not affect any right or remedy of any person which exists or is available otherwise than pursuant to that Act.
17.5. These Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute between you and us.
